The Maryland DNR Artificial Reef Committee (ARC) has the duty of advising the Director of Fisheries Service on all matters referred to the committee by the Director regarding the development, monitoring and management of artificial reefs in Maryland waters of the Chesapeake Bay and the Atlantic Coast. The
ARC is comprised of individuals from across the State whom represent the interests of various constituencies with an interest and expertise in artificial reef development. They meet at the Tawes State Office Building in Annapolis, Maryland.
