Thank you to the participants, sponsors, exhibitors and volunteers that made the 2008 Maryland Fishing Challenge an overwhelming success! With over 1,300 entrants, this was the largest event to date. Designed to promote recreational fishing in Maryland, recognize angler efforts and inspire environmental stewardship, the 2008 Maryland Fishing Challenge began Saturday, April 12 and ran through Labor Day, September 1.
