All successful applicants of the Black Bear Hunting Permit Random
Selection Process will be required to attend 1 of 2 pre-hunt meetings in
order to successfully obtain a Black Bear Hunting Permit. Prehunt
meeting attendance is optional for subpermittees and landowner
subpermittees.
