Special Regulation for Oct 20 – 25, 2008 and  Nov 15, 2008:
(1) Bowhunters must wear fluorescent orange; (2) Any deer taken with a bow on these dates must count towards the Bow Season Bag Limits.

Crossbows are legal for all hunters during the Oct 1 – 15, 2008 and Jan 15 - 31, 2009 segments of the Deer Bow Season.

Sunday Deer Hunting: In Dorchester, Somerset, Wicomico, and Worcester counties on private land only - Deer Bow Season is open on Sundays, October 12, October 19, October 26, November 2, and November 9, 2008.

Deer Bow Season is open on Sunday, November 2, 2008 in Caroline and Talbot counties on private land only.
