Everything in organizations comes down to people. The MarylandDepartment of Natural Resources is committed to supporting itsmembers’ individual efforts at improving their personal effectivenessand to creating a climate that supports this striving. The idea is tohelp them “go as far as they can with all they’ve got.” That’s themotto of the Department’s intensive personal and organizationaldevelopment training program known as Playing to Win.
